Some items sold on the HHF Online Thrift Store are second-hand or pre-loved goods. These items are typically donated to support cancer patients, and their sale helps fund our mission of providing medical, emotional, and financial support to those in need.

Limited Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the item purchased and its condition. Gently used items may be eligible for return; however, all returns must be initiated by the customer. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or refund.

Please Note:

All returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund to be considered.
